Although the position is suitable for a hybrid working model, the candidate is expected to reside in and work from \u0130zmir, T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Duration: Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Restoration Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating large-scale ecological restoration activities in the Gediz Delta, one of Europe\u2019s most important wetlands, in collaboration with national and international partners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This position aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2022Ensure the effective execution of the project in line with the approved work plan, budget, timeline, and targets,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Manage the coordination between national and international project partners, experts, consultants, public institutions, local stakeholders, and field teams,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Ensure that restoration, monitoring, community engagement, communication, and policy development activities progress in alignment with project goals and indicators,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Track the technical and administrative processes of the project; support the timely and high-quality completion of activities,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Coordinate the preparation and submission processes of technical and financial interim\/final reports to be presented to funding organisations,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Conduct regular meetings, correspondence, and decision-making processes with local, national, and international partners and stakeholders,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Contribute to the tracking of the project budget, monitoring of expenditures, and coordination of related administrative processes,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Support the regular archiving and sharing of data, reports, publications, and visibility materials produced within the scope of the project,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Contribute to new fund development processes, project proposals, and international collaborations when necessary,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Coordinate field studies and meetings to be held in the Gediz Delta and other project sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2022At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or project management in national and\/or international projects,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Experience in the management processes of large-scale and multi-stakeholder projects,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Command of project cycle management, budget tracking, reporting, and monitoring-evaluation processes,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Preferably knowledge and experience in the fields of ecological restoration, wetland management, biodiversity conservation, or nature conservation policies,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Tercihen ekolojik restorasyon, sulak alan y\u00f6netimi, biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik koruma veya do\u011fa koruma politikalar\u0131 alanlar\u0131nda bilgi ve deneyim sahibi olmak,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Experience working with international project partnerships and funding organisations is preferred,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Strong organisational, planning, time management, and prioritisation skills,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Competence in team coordination, communication, and problem-solving,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Experience in institutional representation, reporting, and official correspondence,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Work flexibility suitable for field studies and travel,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Experience in team and process management within a hybrid working model,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Effective use of Microsoft Office programs,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Possessing at least a driver's license and being an active driver,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022Preferably a bachelor's degree in nature conservation, environmental sciences, biology, ecology, socio-economics, project management, or related fields;
